Linda Sue Peebles, 67, lifelong resident of Tampa, passed recently of a severe illness. Born to Sue and Wayne Peebles on December 10, 1950 in Durham, N.C. who were predeceased by her. She is survived by her beloved brother Jerry, his wife Mary Lou and loving nephews Ian, Erik, Kelly his wife Jo and their son Christian. Graduating from King High School, Tampa, in 1969. She lived and worked her entire life Tampa dedicating her career in the healthcare profession as a surgical nurse. She had many, many friends while employed at Memorial Hospital, Tampa and previously at St. Joseph's Hospital as well.
Her leisure time was devoted to carry for the many dogs, cats, birds she has had over the years. Most all she had rescued. She will be dearly missed for her spunk and liveliness by all who knew her. Her antics in the O.R. are infamous and will provide many stories for the future to be told. Services will be held Saturday, June 23rd at 4pm at Blount-Curry Macdill 605 S. Macdill Ave, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, donations to the various animal Rescue shelters in her memory, would be greatly appreciated in honor of Linda Sue Peebles.
