Linda America Perez Wian, best known to everyone as "Omi". She had an infectious smile that made the world a better place. She was adored by all, whether you knew her for minutes, months, years, or a lifetime. She was known for her brightly colored hair, contagious laughter, and her ability to love unconditionally. She was always there to lend an ear or a shoulder to cry on. She had an extraordinary love for her family. She lived for, and always fought for, her children, Corina, Mark (Donna) , Jason (Annie), LeighAnn (Jaime), and her 8 grandchildren (Jessica, Dalton, Jason Jr., Gracelynn, Cameryn, Joseph, James and Ava) and many non-relative grandchildren. Born in Flushing, NY, Linda moved her family to Tampa, Fl where she resided until her death. Linda worked as a medical transcriptionist for over 50 years and was lightning fast. There are no words to express how much she will be missed, but she's resting peacefully now. She will live on through her family, our memories, and stories.
