60, made his great ascent to Heaven on Saturday morning in Tampa, Florida. He was a Tampa native and had his beginnings as a welder and boiler maker, and he later graduated with an AA degree from HCC with high honors on the Dean’s List for his 4.0 GPA. Through his immense work ethic he become a QAQC manager to provide for his loving wife, Carol Blanco, and his two lovely daughters, Laura and Audrey Blanco. He was a dedicated father to his girls and a devoted husband. Manuel was a faithful son to his mother, Francis Blanco, and to his surviving father Manuel Blanco, Sr. He is also survived by his three siblings Libby, Michael, and Arthur Blanco; uncle, Roland Blanco; and his niece Caroline. To celebrate his blessed life, a gathering of friends and family will be held from 6-7pm followed by a celebration of life at 7pm on November 6th at Blount and Curry on 605 S. MacDill Ave, Tampa FL 33609.
