Maria loved her family more than anything. She was the glue that held us together. She felt blessed to have raised three generations of children.
She was deeply loved by her husband, who put up with all her shenanigans. Maria loved spending time gardening, but the squirrels wouldn't let her be great.
Maria found peace knowing that she would one day be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Israel; her children, Maritza, Margarita, Frankie, and Lucy; her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
Her love, laughter, and memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Visitation will be held at Gonzalez Funeral Home in the Magnolia Room, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614, US, on October 11, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a Religious Ceremony in the Magnolia Room from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Garden Of Memories, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610, US, on October 11, 2026, 2:00 pm.
