Bouchard, Mary Ann (Lutz), 91, of Tampa, passed away November 17, 2015. Mary Ann was born September 25, 1924. She is survived by her sons; Norman (Karen) Bouchard and Douglas (Wendy Ann) Bouchard, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
