October 28, 1996 – April 28, 2021
Misty Victoria Lee Manes-Rodriguez, 24, passed away suddenly on April 28, 2021 in Tampa, Florida after a tragic motorcycle accident. Her family is shocked and deeply saddened by her loss.
Misty was born October 28th, 1996. Misty is survived to her grandfather, Rodolfo Perez, her sister, Elizabeth Rodriguez, her mom, Sarah Davis and family, and long-time boyfriend, Alan Sanchez.
In her young life, Misty and her sister, Elizabeth, were loved and cared for by Sarah, calling her mom and continue so in their adulthood – always keeping in touch with life updates and knowing they were loved and forever a part of her family. They were then raised and adored by their Grandfather, Rodolfo Perez, who loved the girls with all his heart.
Misty attended and graduated from Leto High School in 2015. She worked at Geico and loved her job. She made the decision to advance in her career and enrolled in Hillsborough Community College; she had plans to take classes in the fall.
In her leisure time, Misty enjoyed reading, drawing, and riding her motorcycle with her beloved boyfriend, Alan. They rode motorcycles side by side with The Bay Area Riders Group. She enjoyed going to the gym with her closest friend Karla and trying to replicate recipes from Gordon Ramsey Hell’s Kitchen. She always looked forward to spending time with close family and friends. Her smile and laugh was contagious and her caring nature showed how beautiful she was inside and out.
