Nicholas "Nick" George Trusewitsch

Born on June 19, 1959, in Keems Canyon, Arizona, he was the son of Dr. Leo Trusewitsch and Evelyn Trusewitsch, both of whom predeceased him.

Nick was a lifelong resident of Tampa, an Eagle Scout, and graduate of the University of Florida. He was devoted to his family and is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Cohill, her husband, and their three daughters: Katherine Rhodes, her husband and son of Chesapeake, Virginia; Megan Cohill of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Ashlyn Gennaro and her husband of Frederick, Maryland.

Nick will be remembered as a great son and brother, for his warmth, loyalty, and kind-hearted nature. He touched the lives of those who knew him and will be deeply missed.

A visitation will be held at Blount & Curry Funeral Home-MacDill Avenue, located at 605 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, Florida, 33609, on February 26, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same venue from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 4202 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610, on February 26, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
