Once upon a time, in a warm and sunny town called Tampa, Florida, a bright and curious girl was born on January 12, 2016. Her loving parents, Nathelyn Blake and Marcus Pitter, named her Olivia Natalya Pitter. From the moment she arrived, she filled the world with laughter, wonder, and the biggest dreams imaginable. To Olivia, every single day was an adventure waiting to unfold!
As a military child, Olivia lived in numerous places. She ran through the grassy fields of Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, made friends in Spring Lake and Fayetteville, North Carolina, and even danced through the streets of Wiesbaden, Germany where she attended Aukamm Elementary School. No matter where she went, Olivia always found something new to learn and someone new to befriend. She “never met a stranger.” Olivia dreamed of becoming a scientist. She enjoyed visiting amusement parks and museums–especially science museums.
Olivia lived a full and heroic life. Unfortunately, around twilight on January 15th 2025, Olivia’s adventure on Earth came to an end. However, her life story didn’t stop then. Her parents, her brothers–Dillvano and Richard Pitter, her grandparents–Rita Vassell, Geraldine and Clyde Blake,
and a host of other family and friends knew that someone as bright and full of love as Olivia, could never truly be gone. Instead, she became a shining star, sparkling in the night sky, watching over everyone she loved. Her adventure continues through the memories she created, the love she gave, and the light she left behind.
A visitation for Olivia will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with a celebration of life starting at 1:00 pm, at Blount & Curry Life Event Center, 605 S MacDill, Tampa, FL 33609. Following the service a burial will take place at Garden of Memories.
Serving as pallbearers are Marcus Pitter, Dillvano Pitter, Richard Pitter, Paul Thomas, Andrew Davis and Kavaughn Blake.
