JIMENEZ, Orlando, 81, entered into rest February 13, 2011. Born in Manzanillo, Cuba, Orlando moved to New Jersey in 1969 and has been a resident of Tampa since 1986. He was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed walking and sightseeing. A great husband, father, grandfather, and friend he mill be missed by all who knew him. We thank him for his humility, character, and sincerity which he instilled upon us and we will remember him forever. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Elvia; sons, Luis and wife Julie, Manny and wife Julie; daughters, Gigi, Carmen and wife Ralph; grandchildren, Herys, Yunier, Olivia, Christopher, Megan, Alexander, Jonathan; great-granddaughter, Kristy; brothers, Miguel Angel, Homero, Rafael; sister, Rosarito. The family will receive friends from 6-9:30 p.m. Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Gonzalez Funeral Home.
