It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Panamá Delvalle, our beloved mother. Born in Panama on November 3, 1935, she died at age 86 at her home in Tampa, Florida, on the morning of December 26, 2021.
She is survived by her son, Carlos A. Duque, daughter, Melanie Keen Delvalle, daughter-in-law, Dawn Najera and son-in-law, Walter Bitner. Grandchildren, Holden Bitner and Isabel Bitner.
