He wasn't an FBI "poster boy", but he was probably one of the most efficient Agents.  Better than that, he was a sweet man.
I can see and hear him now.  Look into your heart,   and see him yourself.

It's been 16 years since I retired from the Bureau.  I still miss those morning briefings when Paul brought me up to speed on the day's events.  One Program Manager described him as the most important person on the branch.  

Paul - please watch over us and rest assured you will never be forgotten.

I worked with Paul at an offsite in New York. He was one of the most professional, dedicated employees I have ever worked with. A true gentleman with an outstanding work ethic. It was an honor to work with him. Rest in peace friend. You are missed.

I just found out, Dec 2020, that Paul had passed away. I always enjoyed working with Paul at the New York offsite location. He was a quiet, easy-going gentleman, and always considerate of others. Since retiring, I have thought of him often.  I once heard a fellow worker say he should have been a priest, based on his temperment.  May he rest in peace.

  Paul was as dedicated as they come – he once showed up for work suffering from pneumonia because he didn’t want to “inconvenience” anyone.  We took one look at him and sent him home.  He refused a ride in a Bureau car.  He always showed up extra early for work to ensure he would not be late.  Paul never complained and never asked for anything.  He always had your back and was extremely efficient doing his job.  Slender of build but strong on character, he was as close to a saint as any agent I ever knew.  Rest in peace my friend.  We will never forget you.

I remember Paul when I was a young clerk in the NYO. It was a pleasure to work, and know him.  When you worked in the NYO @  69th Street, it was a different era that you never forgot.  When you met Paul, he was a gentlemen. 

To Paul's family, he was a blessing,  and he will be missed. 

I just heard of PAUL's passing in August.  
He was such a sweet man, truly loved and respected by all of us who  worked with him in the New York Office.
I'm sure that GOD sent the Express Elevator to the Pearly Gates for him!
