Quy, born in Vietnam on October 10, 1951, worked in the restaurant industry for most of her life. A devoted Buddhist, she will be remembered for sharing her love through cooking, particularly her signature dishes of kimchi, fried rice, and pho.
Quy is survived by her daughter Sherry King, sister Lan Pham; and granddaughter Mia Do.
A visitation will be held at Blount and Curry Funeral Home Oldsmar We, located at 6802 Silvermill Dr, Tampa, FL 33635, on November 20, 2025, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. A religious ceremony will take place at the same location on the same day, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
