

Rodriguez, Raymond, (Nano) age 89, born July 12, 1926 World War II Veteran, graduate of Jefferson High School and worked at Spicola Hardware for 45 years, was a lifetime resident of Tampa (Palmetto Beach) passed away February 25, 2016. Raymond is survived by the love of his life, his loving and dedicated wife, Irene Alonso, his son Raymond Manuel and wife Beverly and granddaughter Haley. Also survived by daughter Debra Gail and loving husband, Javier Plasencia and son Justin, sister-in-law Sylvia Henry and husband Jack Henry, nephew Todd Henry and wife Pam and great nephew Ryan Henry, sister-in-law Cynthia Stevenson and husband Carlos, niece Karla Stevenson Mastracchio and husband Fran. A heartfelt gratitude and love for his caregivers at Ernesto Medical Home, Ernesto and Sue Ramirez. Thank you for all the dignity and love given to Raymond. A special thanks to his physician and friend Dr. Rudolph Acosta. Raymond was truly loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed. A visitation will be held at Blount and Curry Funeral home, 605 South MacDill Avenue February 28, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 PM.
