SOLORZANO, Reynaldo “Rey”, 78, passed away on March 27, 2014 in Tampa, FL. He was born in Managua, Nicaragua and was a retired construction supervisor for Hillsborough County. He was predeceased by his sister Hilda and brother Hernan. Rey is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sonja; children Linda Chapman (Herb), Michael Rey Solorzano (Nancy), Valentina Galentine (Vince), and Mary Oliver (Skip); 9 grandchildren Ricky, Carlos, Cristina, Eric, Alyssa, Joshua, Lauren, Robert, and Bryan; 4 great grandchildren; one brother and two sisters as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will take place at Gonzalez Funeral Home on Sunday, March 30, from 4 to 8PM with funeral services beginning at 6PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rey’s name may be made to LifePath Hospice.
