Richard Wayne Regan, of Tampa passed away on April 24, 2016. Richard was predeceased by his loving parents Joseph and Joyce Regan, and his brother Shannon Regan. He is survived by his sister Nancy Regan, three sons Ricky Regan, John Clonts, and Richard Berger, his daughter Amy Schiandra and many other family members. Good-bye my brother. You are finally free of pain and I will always remember everyday was like Christmas to you. You were my hero. I will always love you and miss you. Your four legged pals Frodo and Maddie will miss you too.
