Riley was born on November 3, 1941, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Clinton Vernon Brown and the late Mary Gloria Brown.
He was a graduate of H. B. Plant High School, class of 1959 and he graduated with an AA from St. Petersburg College.
Riley is survived by his loving wife, Betty Sue Brown. He is also survived by his brothers, Clint V. Brown (Marsha Weller), John Lee Brown (Beverly Jean Brown), and his stepsons, Raul L. Pages and R. Eric Pages of Tampa, Florida. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 18th, at Blount and Curry Life Event Center, located at 605 South MacDill Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33609, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Military honors and reflections will take place at 7:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Riley’s memory to the Chamberlain High School Legacy Alliance or Chapters Health Foundation.
