I feel so blessed to have been your second mom! Thank you for always being there to help me with things around the house, I never had to ask you just showed up. I have known you since you were a little boy, which meant I saw you go through your wild days!! Doing wheeling down the street on your motorcycle and running from the cops up in the park. Sometimes I would fuss with you and you would say “momma I’m not going to stop”. I will miss your daily phone calls saying”momma,
I Just checking on you and tell you I love you!! I will even miss the 4 o’clock in the morning calls.

I didn’t know Robert very well but met him after a hurricane came through West Palm Beach at his sister Loretta’s house.     We live across the street and had some shingles that blew off from the storm.  He talked to my husband and told him if he would get the material he would do the repairs for us.    He actually did the repair while we were at church that Sunday morning.   When my husband tried to pay him he was not going to have that.   His response was you guys helped my sister with the generator and that’s payment enough.    Yes he looked rough on the outside but I think he had a golden heart on the inside. Oh boy Robert thank for decades of love and friendship. I always saw you as my "big brother the protector" I am happy to have known you and loved you. You will be remembered and loved forever. Fly high and til we meet again...forever your TP...lol

Robert was a great friend. I appreciate the many things Robert and I did .together.  We raised some hell and drank some beer. And flirted with some woman. We put a few roofs on . So sorry brother for not taking to you lately. R.I.P.

I will forever remember your friendship and comforting words when I needed them the most...when my mom passed you were so real and caring that moment I forever knew you were a good man   You made me laugh when all I wanted to do was cry   I will miss the pokes on FB that I really didn't get until just now    We should have had that dinner I will miss you   Love you ❣️

I have known Big Robert for some years now. We would text every day just to say Hi or how’s your day going. He would text me at any random time asking me if I’m home yet? It could be at 1pm. I’ll reply with “I wish” lol. I just talked to him the day before he passed. I guess that was him saying his goodbyes to me. It was a short conversation that day, none the less we said our goodbyes and I’m going to miss those random text messages from him asking if I’m home yet. RIP Big Robert I’m truly going to miss you ❤️

Robert was truly one of a kind!! We have known each other since we were seven years old. Over the years we were very close. He always thought of me as his baby sister and he was my brother. I remember when Loretta came home from the hospital, he came down to the house and said”come see my baby sister!! He was, so proud of her. We had the same bus stop and in the winter he would go early to build a fire to keep us all warm! Not smart our bus stop was at a gas station!! LOL. He was rough and always acted like a BAD A.., but he had a HEART of gold! He text me everyday to just make sure we were okay, or to know where mom was!!  My heart is broken and will carry him with me in my heart!!

Samantha, Robert, Loretta,  Im sorry for your loss. Robert was a special person in his own way.He was someone our family could always count on if we need ed something done or just needed a good laugh about something stupid we may have done. Remember to smile whenever you hear his name. I know I will.
