Robert N.Tinker formerly of Inverness Fl. joined our Lord on July 16, 2013, survived by the love of his life Ruth Mary (Palmer) Tinker, their 3 children Gayle (Tad) Dice, Rebecca Tinker, & Sean Tinker, grandsons Skylar (Jen) & Thyme (Leah) Dice as well as his adorable great-grandchildren Sienna, Gabrielle, Kenedie & Alijah. He is preceded in death by his grandson Korin (Kory) Izaiah Dice. He was born in Grand Rapids, Mich. After serving in the US Navy during WWII, he taught at Rose Hulman Institute, Terre Haute, Ind., then Delta College, University Center, Mich. until he retired to Fl. Bob loved life, taking all opportunities that came his way; sailing, hiking, painting, singing, sculpting & a variety of artistic media. He was very active in the Art League of Citrus County & sang in the choir in the !st Presbytrian Church of Inverness. He was greatly loved & will be sorely missed. And now he is, surely singing with the angels.
