Rodney Glenn Frye, age 75, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023. Rodney was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, on November 19, 1947.
Rodney graduated from Lexington High School in Lexington, South Carolina, and studied at Columbia Commercial College. Rodney served in the United States Army and later worked in many different maintenance positions in the public sector. He enjoyed watching his favorite sports teams, loved spending time outdoors, and was often seen reading a good book.
Rodney is survived by his brother Joe Frye Jr. of Coconut Creek, Florida. Also, he leaves behind one nephew and many cousins who will forever cherish his memory.
A private graveside service with military honors will take place at Garden of Memories in Tampa, Florida.
