Rose retired as a vice president of Central Bank of Tampa.
She is predeceased by her husband of 47 years, C.Wayne Richards.
Survived by son, Wayne S. (Aleida) Richards. daughters, Carol R. (Angel) Portugues and Robin (Tony) Jimenez. 5 Grandchildren, Amanda, Mindy, Harley, Olivia and Halston.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 from 3-6 pm at Gonzalez Funeral Home.
