Rose Marie White, 95, of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on June 7, 2025. Born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Rose Marie spent most of her life there before moving to Florida in her late 80s.
She graduated from Lebanon Catholic High School and became a secretary for the Milton Hershey School. Rose Marie embraced creativity with passions for gardening, singing, painting, and arts and crafts. As an event and reception designer, she brought beauty and joy to special occasions. A devoted wife and mother, she was known for her generosity, volunteering and giving selflessly to her community.
Rose Marie was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Hy White and her son David White. She is survived by her children, Erica Bouchard and Steven White; her sister Mary Jane Hartnett; and two grandchildren, Jakob and Jesse.
Rose Marie was interred at Sarasota National Cemetery on June 25, 2025, next to her late husband Hyland.
