Rosemary Inez Borden

Born September 3, 1933, in Chicago, Illinois, Rosemary lived a long and full life.

She enlisted in the Air Force in 1952 and served one term; a chapter in her life that she carried with pride. This is where she met and married her husband, John Bob Borden on September 10, 1953. They were married for nearly 50 years.

Rosemary was a source of love and warmth to everyone who knew her.

Her kindness and gentle nature touched the lives of many. She could always be found with a book in her hand and a wacky cake ready for your birthday.

She is survived by her sons Timothy Borden of Austin TX, and his wife Mollie, Jefferey Borden of Otto North Carolina, and his wife Debbie, her daughter-in-law Susie Borden of Guam. Also her 6 grandchildren Robert Borden, Jessica Mendoza (Robert), Richard Borden (Severina), Miranda Wall (David), Jeremey Borden (Jessica), and Miriah Borden (Hunter). Also her ten great grandchildren Lily, Kailyn, Matthew, Avah, Madilyn, Violet, Marley, Hunter, Foster, and Coltyn.

She was preceded in death by her mother Eleanor Atkinson, brothers Robert and Charles Atkinson, husband John Borden, sister Eleanor Marks, and sons John and David Borden.
