Rosie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Terry Frank Walters, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. She is survived by her two daughters, Kimberly and Shelley, and her three cherished grandchildren, Austin, Brock, and Chase, who were the greatest joys of her life.
Above all else, Rosie was most proud of being a loving mother and grandmother. Her family was her heart, and she poured her love into them through her kindness, wisdom, and the simple yet powerful way she was always there when someone needed a listening ear or a comforting presence.
