Thank you my dearest angel. While I hurt from missing you I find peace knowing in my heart that heavens gates welcomed you with joy and you’re now reunited with those who’ve missed you dearly. So while today I cry as I think of you grandma I know one day I’ll smile and laugh before I cry, See you again one day my friend love you for eternity.

I knew I was TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL from the moment I met Grandma Silvia.  She truly was and will always be… one of the kindest and most loving human beings God has ever put on this earth! 
Her welcoming smile and loving embrace always made us feel so very special whenever we walked through her door after coming home from our overseas tours or on our home visits.  
Memories of her family gatherings, amazing dinners or just stopping by to spend some quality time together will be forever cherished in our hearts! She truly was a blessing to have in our lives and will be sorely missed beyond words…. even though heaven just got a little richer!!

Cousin memories made at Grandma n Grandpa Guinchos

Silvia and Ralph’s home always filled with love , happiness and best food ever .

Silvia was my last connection to my Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather & Greatgrandmother. She is missed.

It is a blessing and comfort to know she is with Christ in Paradice.

I remember when Carl and I would race to see who would help frying the platanos at all the family gatherings. I m sure I was better at it than Carl. 👨🏻‍🦳🥰Love you Tia you will always be with us.

Grandma was my Mother-In-Law but also my friend. If you needed a hug you got two one at hello and one at good bye. If you needed advice and a laugh have coffee with Grandma you would walk away smiling. I couldn't have done it without Grandma and Juana they would pick Desi up every morning, while I was working and they would go have coffee at La Teresita. Still makes me smile to think Desi at 2 years old drinking coffee with them. Kira also started drinking coffee at 2 and still calls Grandma, Grandma Coffee. Silvia has touched so many lives and will truly be missed.

Silvia was my neighbor for 13 years.  Both her and her husband Ralph welcomed me into the Neighborhood. Silvia and I  would have long conversation from our different culture Cuban/ Italy in her side of the family and my famly which originated from the caribbeas  island Puerto Rico, I would lean on a chain link fence that separate us. We talk about her plants for hours.  I once asked about the neighborhood since I had just moved in and was curious. She continued by telling me how the many charges in West Tampa, how it was mostly built by Cigar factories legends and when the road of Armenia was just one dirty road now it an Avenue. I know that she was the queen of her kitchen as her family came together in the holidays and car filled her home.  Hearing chatting and laughter sometimes seeing grandchildren running around the house.  We made a bond of good friendship. I know how much she enjoyed watching the Ray's.  I would bring her hat or t-shirt.  l love to see her smile ❤️.  My condolences to all the family. Thank you in allowing me to celebrate her life  here in this world. I know she is dancing with Rafael in our Heavenly Father presence. She would be very much missed. RIP 🙏

We are so sorry to hear about this but Sylvia had a great run and doing what she loved, caring for her family and that meant everyone. She made John and I feel like family from the first moment we met her. RIP Sylvia. I’m sure there is a great party waiting for you in heaven!

I am so devastated that you are gone grandma,  but I find comfort that you are with grandpa again. Right now I don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel but I know that you are by my side every minute and the pain in my heart will subside. I can’t wait to see you again one day my little angel 🪽❤️💔

Her 102 years was not enough time for me to enjoy the generous and comforting soul that is Aunt Silvia.  But, as she had commented, she was ready to be with Ralph and her loved ones on the other side.  I will miss her and always be amazed at her ability, even at 102,  to recall the names and relations of her large set of caring relatives.  
I held her in high esteem as a wise teacher of life.

Love you, Aunt Silvia, and can only imagine the large celebratory reception you are getting.

To the Guincho family, 
Your Mom was such a strong, loving, giving woman.  She was a friend to many and always loved to talk and catch up. Henry and I have known her all our lives and we have so many fond memories. She was Henry’s den mother in the Cub Scouts. Always a smiling face as she would serve us ice cream cones after lunch at Cuesta and so many, many other memories. I guess my most recent cherished memory was when she and Henry would talk and reminisce about old time. She was happy and well cared for by her loving family. Cherish your memories.

We will miss Tia Sylvia very much. She loved everyone  she met. Dolores and I will miss her very much. I was so blessed to marry into this family.

May your many wonderful memories bring you comfort during this difficult time.  I remember Silvia being an exceptional cook and roller skating with the granchildren  well into her 70's!!!  Sending prayers for her children, family and friends during this difficult time.  She was indeed the matriarch of this family and will be remembered fondly!!!

A wonderful beautiful lady I always called my second mom. She will be missed but Sylvia is now in good hands and once again with Ralph.
