Stephen "Gary" Cepin

Stephen Gary Cepin, known to all as Gary, passed away on May 26, 2025, in Tampa, Florida, just days shy of his 59th birthday. Born in Tampa on May 31, 1966, Gary spent much of his childhood in Ohio where he graduated from GlenOak High School in Canton in 1984, before returning to his birthplace, where he later attended the University of Tampa graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Gary was a Senior Project Manager at ALPHA Insulation & Waterproofing Inc. In his free time he had a passion for computer games, a deep love for greyhounds, and was a lifelong Disney fan.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Stephen and Rosemarie Cepin. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jean Miller of Tampa, Florida, as well as many cousins and extended family members who will miss his warmth, humor, and gentle spirit.
