Arsenault, Sylvia Jean, 75, of Tampa and Lady Lakes, passed away March 4, 2016. Born in Hampden, Maine Jan. 28, 1941 to Lawrence and Ruth Sands. She moved to Florida in 1984 and is survived by her children, Jean Murphy of Maine, Joseph Frazier Jr. of Maine, Lawrence (Larry) Frazier of Florida, Richard Frazier of Florida, numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Monday, March 14,2016, 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
