Thomas Anthony Marsicano, 81, passed away quietly at home, surrounded by his loving family. A lifelong resident of Tampa, Thomas was born on August 3, 1944, and graduated from H.B. Plant High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Thomas dedicated more than 40 years of his career as a planner with Greiner Engineering and URS Engineering, where he was respected for his professionalism, commitment, and strong work ethic.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Maxine Marsicano; his beloved wife, Leah Marsicano; and his brothers, Jim Marsicano and Nicholas Marsicano. Thomas is survived by his brother, Ed Marsicano; sister, Carlyon Marsicano Corvette; his son, David Marsicano; daughter, Susan Michalski; and his cherished grandchildren and nieces.
A funeral service to honor Thomas’s life will be held at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, South MacDill Avenue, on December 17, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
Thomas will be remembered for his love of family, his quiet strength, and the legacy of integrity he leaves behind.
