Thomas Martinkovic

MARTINKOVIC, Thomas, 59, of Tampa passed away on September 26, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Teresa; sons, Andrew Martinkovic and his wife Katie of Tampa, Christopher Martinkovic of Gainesville, and Benjamin Martinkovic of South Carolina; sister, Joanne Martinkovic of Wisconsin; and his furry companions, Lucky and Sheeba. Born in Johnson City, NY; Tom & Teresa came to the Tampa Bay area in 1998 from Kansas City. He was a radio engineer for iHeart communications, a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers, and a very important judge for the Kansas City BBQ society. Family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Friday, September 30 at the Blount & Curry Funeral Homes, Oldsmar/West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr, Tampa. Family requests that everyone wear island style clothing as Tom loved cruising. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am on Saturday, October 1 at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, 2405 Philippe Parkway, Safety Harbor.
