My next door neighbor growing up, Francis was always keeping us laughing. From tapping our maple tree to figuring out the chemistry set, he was always into something. After high school, I didn’t see Francis anymore. My brother, Dave, filled me in occasionally on his education and relocation. 
My condolences to Sidney and his entire family and friends. I don’t know if God made any better than Franny.  Peace and love to all. A special place for him in heaven.

Oh my God , Franny , I just tried to call you and see how you are doing , what a shock I got when I Google your name . I am so so sorry . Sid , aka Ike , my condolences to you , you know I loved my Moundsville neighbors . To Frannies Daughter and family he has we were childhood neighbors and friends . His dad wS the Prison Doctoe , we used to go to the prison and get our hair cut for a quarter . Rest in Peace my dear friend and I hope to see you when I cross over. So very sorry to lose such a wonderful cousin. I always knew him as Francis in childhood. He was always an older cousin and son of my favorite aunt (I am named after her.)  Francis always made us laugh. He was the only person I ever knew who could make his toes split in the middle. I always thought he had some kind of superpower! We will all miss him!

You will be terribly missed. Thank you for all the laughs. ❤️

Tom was a dear friend for over 40 years.  From doing an adventure with our kids, fishing, Poker nights and many a shared meal.  So many good memories.  
A few years back Tom and Jeannie joined us on a cruise to New Zealand, Tasmania and Australia.  What a great time!  Tom told me every single time we spoke since then that that trip was the best vacation of his life.  
Jackie and I will miss him.  We have lost a great friend.

Tom was a long time member of the Woehler Research Group.  His friendship &  wit will be sorely missed.  He  would always have  some humor to keep everyone laughing during our long days in member meetings &   lectures. 
 Tom hosted a number of Woehler meetings & brought numerous guests to our group that added a lot to  our membership.  
He loved to fish but I don't know how as he would get sea sick in water so flat you could see your reflection in it.  
Jeannie & his family are in our thoughts & prayers during this difficult time.   
Having known Tom for over 35 years, his knowledge & comradeship will never be forgotten.
