A funeral service will occur Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. A committal service will occur Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E Hanna Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.
