CABAN, William “Billy”, 40, of Land O Lakes entered into rest February 11, 2011. Raised in Catano, Puerto Rico, William resided in Tampa the past 20 years. He loved football and watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He also enjoyed fishing. Survivors include his daughters, Lily Caban, Angela Caban; mother, Joan Potterton; brothers, Rory Cotto, John R. Cotto; sisters, Debbie Cotto, Marce Sevilla, Cristy Ayala; nieces, Luz Rivera, Raychel Leonardo; nephews, Jaycob Romero, Jayden Cotto, Zachary Rivera, Jack Anthony Cotto.
