Born in Tampa, Florida, Bill lived a remarkable life filled with service, love, and humor that touched the lives of everyone he met.

While stationed at Loring Air Force Base in Maine, he met the love of his life, Stella. The two married in 1966, beginning a 58-year union of love, laughter, and cherished family memories. After welcoming their first child, Kelley, Bill and Stella returned to Tampa to start their life as a family. Five years later, they were blessed with their son, Christopher.
Bill’s first career was as a firefighter for the City of Tampa, where he demonstrated unwavering courage and commitment to protecting his community. After many years of service, he expanded his professional pursuits as a real estate broker and later established his own construction company. Known for his generosity and big heart, Bill’s professional and personal contributions left an enduring mark on everyone he encountered.
Those who knew Bill will remember his extraordinary sense of humor, boundless kindness, and talent for storytelling. His quick wit and larger-than-life personality could light up any room, and he had an uncanny ability to make everyone feel like a friend.
