

Jon Michael Maniccia was born on June 7, 1950, in Clinton, Iowa, to Dominic and Louise (Webb) Maniccia. He was the fifth of ten children born into a devoted and loving family. After graduating high school, Jon attended Clinton Community College and later completed his studies at Kirkwood. Jon moved to Texas in 1985, where he met his wife, Brenda (Bebe), and they later married in January 1987. Jon and Bebe spent 39 short years together.
Throughout his life, Jon embraced many career paths, working for the railroad, as a teacher, and ultimately as a salesman, where he spent the majority of his professional years. He had a natural gift for building businesses, creating meaningful connections, and forming lifelong friendships along the way.
Jon had a deep passion for golf, a remarkable love for statistics and facts, and a lifelong appreciation for music. He will be remembered for his knowledge, personality, and the relationships he cherished with family and friends.
Jon was preceded in death by his parents, Dominic and Louise Maniccia; his brother, Don Maniccia survived by wife Mary Ellen, NY; his sister, Mary (Maniccia) Russell; and his son-in-law, Chris Medina, beloved husband of his daughter, Erica.
Serving as pall bearers will be Jon Michael Medina, Christopher Medina, Ryan Cullison, Herman Reyes, Will Terrell, and Miguel Vanyoe.
He is survived by his brothers, Randall Maniccia, TX, Jerrol and Mary Catherine Maniccia, IL, Steven and Abby Maniccia, TX; his sisters, Nora (Maniccia) Wooden and the late Merv Wooden, IA, Marcia (Maniccia) Klinkner, IA, Paula Maniccia-Bird and the late Larry Bird, IL, and Angela (Maniccia) and David Duvall, TN; his children, Brent and Kimberly Cullison, TX, Erica Medina-Woelfel and Brian Woelfel, TX, and Courtney Swanigan, FL; his grandchildren, Kandace (Medina) and Herman Reyes, Kelsey (Prince) and Will Terrell, Karl Woelfel, Bailey (Medina) and Miguel Vanoye, Zariah Swanigan, Zaria Swanigan, Jon Michael Medina and Evelyn Medina-Valdez, Katelynn Woelfel, Christopher Joseph Medina, Zoe Swanigan, Ryan Cullison, and Lauren Cullison; and 14 cherished great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
In Lieu of Flowers donations are accepted for funeral expenses and can be made out to Brenda Maniccia or Erica Medina
