Noe Hinostroza

Noe was born to Santiago and Oralia Hinostroza and spent his life in the communities of Thorndale and San Gabriel, Texas, where he built deep roots, lifelong friendships, and a legacy of hard work and devotion to family.

For more than 50 years, he shared a loving marriage with his wife, Margaret Hinostroza. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and service to others. He was a proud father to his three daughters, Christy Garza, Renee Tincher, and Cynthia Morton, who were the joy of his life and continued his legacy of love and strength.

Noe's grandchildren were truly his greatest treasures. He cherished every moment spent with Carlos and RJ; Payton, Jayden, Hayden, and McKayla; and Teagan, Emrie, and Stetson. He was also blessed with great-grandchildren Jordan, Ayden, Abby, Lynette, Liliana, Skylar, Eliana, and two others on the way, who brought immense joy to his later years.

As a young man, Noe had a passion for cars. He loved working on them, racing them, and then working on them all over again. Fast cars and a fast-paced life captured his attention early on, but over time his focus shifted to the things he valued most: family, faith, and farming.

Noe worked for Alcoa for approximately twenty years. Even after retirement, he never slowed down. He returned to his roots in farming, and those who knew him could almost always find him on a tractor, tinkering with a project, fixing something that needed repair, or lending a helping hand to one of his grandchildren. He had an incredible work ethic and a willingness to help anyone in need.

Faith was the foundation of Noe's life. He was a faithful and active member of San Gabriel Evangelic Christian Church, where he served as treasurer for many years. His dedication to the church and its members reflected his servant's heart and commitment to God. Even when declining health prevented him from attending services regularly, his faith remained steadfast.

Noe will be remembered for his hard-working spirit, his quiet strength, his generosity, and his unwavering love for his family. He found joy in simple things: a day on the farm, time spent with family, and the satisfaction of a job well done. His presence, wisdom, and loving guidance will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Santiago and Oralia Hinostroza; sisters, Martha Robles, Sally Espinoza, and Janie Martinez; brothers, Moses Hinostroza, Tony Hinostroza, and Paul Hinostroza; grandson, Jayden Simank; and great-granddaughter, Dally Garza.

He is survived by his beloved wife of more than fifty years, Margaret Hinostroza; his daughters, Christy Garza (husband Ruben), Renee Tincher (husband Buddy), and Cynthia Morton (husband Garrett); his grandchildren, Carlos and RJ Garza, Payton and Hayden Simank, McKayla Tincher, and Teagan, Emrie, and Stetson Morton; his great-grandchildren, Jordan, Ayden, Abby, Lynette, Liliana Garza, Skylar and Eliana Simank, and two on the way; his siblings Jimmy Hinostroza (wife Mary), Michael Hinostroza, Felix Hinostroza (wife Ellen), Lupe Hinostroza, Rosa Hinostoza, Lillian Hinostroza; and numerous extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.

We will forever miss our father's laugh and the countless hours spent sitting on the porch listening to his stories. Those moments seemed ordinary at the time, but they became some of life's greatest gifts. His stories carried wisdom, humor, and lessons learned through a well lived life. Though his chair may someday sit empty, the memories made there will remain in our hearts forever.
