Graveside services for Arthur Richard Kinsey, 75, of Belton will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Waco Memorial Park Masoleum Chapel with Ministers Loyd Hall and Scott Meyer officiating. Mr. Kinsey died Sunday in a Temple hospital. Mr. Kinsey was born in Purmela to David Kinsey and Myrtle Robinson Kinsey Gephart. He graduated from Gatesville High School and served in the U.S. Army. He married Sandra Wilkinson July 3, 1964. He worked for Temple School District Food Service and for Scott and White Transportation Department. He was a member of American Legion Post 133 and the Western Hills Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife Sandra Kinsey of Belton; one son Arthur Lee Kinsey of Mechanicsville, Virginia and two grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Arms of Hope 21300 State Hwy 16 N Medina, Texas 78055. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
