Audrey Jenkins Teichelman

Audrey Jenkins Teichelman, age 84, of Holland, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 in Temple. She was born on June 23, 1933 in Cameron, TX the daughter of Bud and Polly Seaton. A visitation will take place on Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home 3110 Airport Rd. Temple, Texas 76504. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 26 2018 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home followed by an interment at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple. Audrey worked as a secretary and Blue Print Operator for Hudson Engineering in Houston and as a Blue Print Operator for McDermott Engineering also in Houston. She then went on to work security for the Shell Corporation in Pasadena, Texas. She also belonged to the square dancing club at Dresser Magcobar in Houston. She is survived by her children Pamela Fann and husband Jim of Temple, TX, James F. Jenkins III and wife Charlotte of Odessa, TX, Floyd Jenkins, Jr. and wife Laura of Lake Jackson, TX, and Brenda Smith and husband Bradley of Holland, TX, 9 grandchildren; Christopher Kehrly and wife Chrissy of Holland, TX, Tracy Nolan and Husband Robbie of Waco, TX, Tammy Grunst and husband Skylar of Troy, TX, Beni Jenkins and Wife Jessica of Colorado, Jennifer Redding and husband Joshua of Alvin, TX, Floyd Allen Jenkins and wife Susan of San Antonio, TX, Cody Jenkins and wife Casey of Pineville, LA, Krista Rachal and husband Lucas of Frierson, LA, and Brandon Smith of Holland, TX, and 12 great-grandchildren; Brittanie, Audrey, Haleigh, Junior, Dakota, Adalyn, Natalie, Shelby, Carson, Cullen, Hadley, and Sawyer. She is also survived by her sisters Doris Barker of Leander, TX and Bonnie Hoover of Paige, TX. Audrey was preceded in death by her husbands, Floyd Jenkins, Sr., Howard Teichelman, Sr., her parents Bud and Polly Seaton, a brother Buddy Seaton and a sister Mary Leath. In lieu of flowers memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
