Beverly Kay Cox, age 65 of Bartlett, died Saturday, March 29, 2014 in a Temple hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 5, at San Gabriel Christian Church. Mrs. Cox was born February 8, 1949 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Clarence Richard and Letha Agnes Wade Porter. She was reared and educated in Killeen and graduated from Killeen High School in 1967. She worked as a registered nurse for many years. She married Billy Bob Cox on August 15, 1987. She was a member of San Gabriel Christian Church in San Gabriel. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include husband, Billy Bob Cox of Bartlett, three daughters, Amanda Baccus and husband, Scot of Hutto, Marcy Pike of Taylor and Lorie Goggin and husband, Steven of Leander and six grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Sue Knetig and husband, Ed of Harlingen and a brother, C. R. Porter III and wife, Violet of Killeen.
