Billy J. Cartwright, age 91, of Troy, Texas passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at his home in Troy. He was born on December 3, 1930 in Pendleton, Texas the son of IL and Fay (Popem) Cartwright.
A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 1:00pm at Central Texas State Veteran’s Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.
Billy is survived by his son Rai Campana of Troy, a brother Tommy Cartwright of Belton, Texas, a sister Linda Richard and husband Rick of Temple, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Eva Cartwright, a brother Don Cartwright, and a sister Norma Ruth Lundy.
