Mr. Epperson died Friday January 1, 2021 at a local Living Facility.
Mr. Epperson was born in The Grove November 22, 1924 to Jess Epperson and Annie Thomison Epperson. He attended school at Stampede Creek. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He married Lydia Schupak. She preceded him in death September 2, 2014. He lived in Temple most of his life and worked at the V.A. Hospital and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Mr. Epperson was preceded in death by his daughter Janice Epperson Wiseman.
Survivors include three grandchildren William Wiseman of Belton, Emily Wiseman and Sarah Gott both of Temple and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
