Chun-Mei Chiang, age 85 of New Taipei City, Taiwan and mother of the owners of Dynasty Chinese Restaurant in Temple, died Sunday, April 10, 2016 in a Frisco, Texas hospital. She was born September 10, 1930 in China. Survivors include four sons, David Huang and wife, Chen and Harry Huang and wife, Maya all of Temple, Lai Chung Huang and Lai Yu Huang both of Taiwan and one daughter, Qiu Ying Huang of Taiwan, 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 17th at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Bert DeBord officiating. Visitation will be 2:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank our community for 30 years of support.
