
Clayton Fell, age 87 of Temple, died Tuesday, December 16, 2014 from Leukemia at his residence. No services are planned. The body was cremated. Mr. Fell was born February 18, 1927 in Burlington, Wisconsin to Clarence and Ruth Fell. He attended schools in Burlington. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout and served in the U. S. Army Air Force during WWII. On April 12, 1947, he married Betty J. Isferding. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1951 with a degree in business. After graduation, he worked as purchasing agent for divisions of several major companies. He and Betty moved to Temple in 1986 and retired from Material Transportation Company in 1992. After retirement he worked part time for Wildflower Country Club for 16 years. Mr. Fell was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Survivors include his wife, Betty Fell of Temple, five sons, Gregory Fell and wife, Margo of Alto Loma, California, Gary Fell and wife, Teri of Temple, Scott Fell and wife, Ann of Waverly, New York, Dennis Fell and wife, Carolyn of Holden, Maine and Randy Fell and wife, Robin of Clinton, Pennsylvania, 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. "Life has been a great journey but I just ran out of road."
