Cleo Elizabeth Howard was born in Waco, Texas to Leo and Ethel Barrett on March 16, 1921, and passed on April 20, 2018, in Glendale, Arizona. She married Eulan W. Howard, Jr. in 1940. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and before moving to Temple in 1986 she lived for many years in Houston and was retired from Computer Science Corporation. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1981, daughter JoAnn Howard Lang in 1996, sister, Trudy Barlow, brother, Thomas Albright and brother, Charles Albright. She is survived by : daughter Jan Lyon and husband Steve of Glendale, Arizona, son-in-law George Lang, grandchildren: Jess Zane Lang, Lana Lyon Dorazio, Elise Lang Belnap, Justin Lang, Lindsay Lyon Haggard and Shelby Lang Bradford, 11 great grandchildren, sister Linda Fortson, and sister-in-law Lillie Albright. Graveside service will take place on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Bellwood Memorial Park with Dr. Steve Lyon officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial to Immanuel Baptist Church in Temple would be appreciated.
