Graveside memorial services for David Kent Tillman, 60, of Cyclone will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday July 10, 2009 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery. Mr. Tillman died Wednesday in a Temple Hospital. Mr. Tillman was born in Fort Worth to Odell Tillman and Katherine Rotthoff Tillman. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was a Christian. He was a Nurse having worked for Scott and White Hospital and then did private Clinical Research. He moved to Cyclone from Waco in 1984. He was preceded in death by one brother Brent Tillman. Survivors include two sons Brian Tillman and Nick Tillman both of Austin; two daughters Kelly Meier of Cyclone and Jessica McKee of Austin; one brother Steve Tillman of Houston; two sisters Patricia Tillman of Hartford, Conn.and Teresa Tillman-Ruiz of Austin and six grandchildren.
