A public visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, November 5, 2026, at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, November 6, 2026, at Concord Cemetery in Chandler, Texas.
Diana had a wonderfully playful spirit and a gift for making people laugh. As a mother, she delighted in making up words, songs, and expressions, creating a special language through which she expressed her love to her children.
She is survived by her three children, Jennifer (Chris), Brandon, and Brittany (Paul), seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cathleen and J.C. Hanson, Jr., and her sisters and brother.
Diana will be dearly missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of those who loved her. Her family finds peace in knowing she is healed, whole, and forever home with Jesus.
