Donald Gene Riemenschneider, 64, of West died Sunday November 25, 2007 in a Temple hospital. Mr. Riemenschneider was born in Wescalo, Texas. He lived most of his life in the Texas Valley, having moved to West 18 months ago. He worked as a water well driller in Progreso, Texas. He served in the National Guard and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his son Donald Gene Riemenschneider Jr. and his wife Jackie of West, two grandchildren Jenna and Braden; his father Robert Monroe of Bandera and his step mother Juanita Monroe of Bandera.
