Edna Beatrice Johnson Green known as "Bea" to many was born in Nolanville in 1921. Bea lived most of her life in the Troy and Temple area. She was married to Edward O. Green, fondly known as "Eddy" who preceded her in death in 1978. Bea was employed at Scott & White Lab Desk for many years. After retirement she traveled and enjoyed life and made many friendships. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Evelyn and Wil Lawrence of Florence; son and daughter-in-law Tommy and Shirley Green of Moffat; and daughter and son-in-law Karen Franklin and Cory Cooper of Temple; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday Dec. 18, 2008 at Scanio Harper Funeral Home with Reverend Jeff Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Salado Cemetery.
