Funeral services for Emilia M. Salazar will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Tom Chamberlain officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Mrs. Salazar died Saturday in a Temple Hospital. Mrs. Salazar was born August 7, 1941 in Mexico to Tirso and Cirila Reyes Martinez. She lived in Temple most of her life and married Pedro Salazar Jr. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband Pedro Salazar Jr. of Temple; three daughters Wilma Ramirez, Maria Lisa Millican and Amanda Salazar all of Temple; four brothers Vicente Martinez, Juan Martinez, Ernesto Martinez and Esteban Martinez all of Mexico and Ilario Martinez of Harlingen; three sisters Maria Martinez of Mexico, Elena Loera of Arlington and Luisa Martinez of Harlingen; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Monday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
