Visitation will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 1:00pm until the time of service at 2:00pm at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home 3110 Airport Rd. Temple, Texas 76504 followd by burial at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.
On December 15, 1951 in Conroe, Texas Jean married James Marcus Brown, Jr., she was a loving homemaker and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Temple.
She is survived by her daughter Sheryl Ann Feuge and husband Danny of Mexia, Texas, granddaughter Kathryn Rachel Feuge-Dowdle and a great-grandson James Patrick Owen Dowdle. She is also survived by her sister Esther Jo Pate Johnson of Victoria, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
Jean was preceded her husband James Marcus Brown, Jr., a sister Hilda Marie Pate and a brother Doyle Otto Pate.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the Mexia Library 305 E Rusk St, Mexia, TX 76667 would be appreciated.
