Mrs. Poboril was born in Cedar Springs to Roderick Boyd and Ellen Warren Boyd. She graduated from Chilton High School and attended Mary Hardin Baylor College. She married Joe Poboril Oct. 12, 1940. She and her husband owned and operated Poboril Paint and Body Shop for many years. She was a member of Temple Towmans Association and was a member of Memorial Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two sons Bobby Joe Poboril and Joe Boyd Poboril. Survivors include her daughter Sonja Geisselbrecht and her husband Elvin R. Geisselbrecht of Houston; two grandchildren Julie Geisselbrecht of Richmond and Brandon Geisselbrecht of Houston three great grandchildren Ashley, Keri and Cody Cline and her beloved dog Lucy.
