Frances Bartek Richardson, 91, of Belton died Friday, August 25, 2006 in a Belton nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 28, 2006 at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Heimsoth officiating. Private family burial will be at Bellwood Memorial Park. Mrs. Richardson was born December 5, 1914 in Temple to Frank and Anna Sivek Bartek. She attended schools in east Bell County. She was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church in Temple and was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, John Louis Richardson of Belton; one daughter, Susan Smylie of Austin, Texas; three sisters, Rosalie Horton of Temple, Evelyn Wells of Temple, and Anna Kasberg of Bastrop, Texas. Memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
